2013- Another fair has passed and we had a great time and made more fun memories! Josiah won 1st in steer and hog Skill a thon, 1st Hog record book, 2nd steer record book, 1st in his class with hog, 2nd in his class with his steer and 1st in Steer fitting and Grooming. His Rhode Island red chickens won Grand Rooster and Hen 🙂 We are thankful for the fun and blessings!
Josiah also did pee wee lamb showmanship with my grandson (his nephew). It was the cutest thing to watch the kids 🙂
2012- We had a great year again! Josiah had a great time showing his steer, hog and chickens at our county fair. He was blessed to win 1st steer record book, 1st steer skill a thon, 3rd steer showmanship, 1st in fitting and grooming, 3rd hog record book, 1st hog skill a thon, 3rd hog showmanship, Grand Chapion Hen and Reserve Grand Champion Rooster. We are very thankful for a great year and are already working on next!
Our 2011 fair was great! Josiah had an awesome time and a year that will be hard to top. Among his awards were 2 Grand champion chickens, 1st place intermediate hog record book, 2nd in intermediate hog skillathon, 1st place intermediate showmanship, 1st place intermediate steer record book, 1st place steer weight gain and the grand finale was Grand Champion steer!
